Refund policy

All sales on perishable items are final.


Because our products are handmade, fresh, and perishable—including Sea Moss Gels, Drinks, Brownies, and Herbal Blends—we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

 

Please email admin@theroyalwomb.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund based on the situation.


Returns are not accepted due to taste preferences, product separation, or mishandling after delivery.


Non-perishable items (tools, accessories, etc.) may be returned within 7 days if they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
