Q: How much should I take?
Start slowly—1 to 2 tablespoons of gel per day is sufficient. You can eat it straight, add it to tea or smoothies, or mix it into your food. Our drinks already contain it, so feel free to sip away.
Q: How long does your sea moss gel last?
Our gels stay fresh for 3 to 4 weeks when stored in the fridge. Since there are no preservatives, think of it as fresh food. Always use a clean spoon and refrigerate after opening.
Q: Can I freeze it?
Yes! If you're not ready to use it right away, you can freeze it. The gel can last up to 6 months in the freezer. Just thaw it in the fridge when you’re ready to use it, and avoid refreezing after opening.
Q: What if I order multiple jars?
Only open one jar at a time. Keep the rest frozen until you’re ready to use them. We’re testing freezer-safe glass jars that are better for the environment—stay tuned for more information on that.

Yes! All of our drinks and treats are made with low-glycemic sweeteners like agave or raw honey—no white sugar and no crashes. They are perfect for those monitoring their blood sugar or avoiding processed sugar.
Q: Can I take sea moss if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Always consult with your healthcare provider. However, many mothers enjoy using sea moss during pregnancy for its energy, minerals, and recovery support. We also offer sea moss options without honey.

Yes, we now ship select products! Sea moss gels, teas, herbs, and granola are available for shipping. All items are packaged with care, using insulated liners and ice packs when necessary. We are also testing durable glass jars that are safe for shipping to ensure your wellness products arrive intact.
Q: What if my jar arrives damaged?
Please take a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery and send it to us. We’ll either replace the jar or issue a credit depending on the situation. We take quality and care seriously.
