This isn't a bad sign; it means your body is adjusting to receiving real mineral nutrition after some time.
Tips:
- Take it on an empty stomach or with a light tea.
- Stay hydrated (consider adding a pinch of sea salt to your water if necessary).
- Stick to 1 tablespoon for the entire week to allow your body to get familiar with it.
Week 2 – Increase to 2 Tablespoons Per Day
